Digital 101 - Fall 2004

After my first Black and White Darkroom Photo Class, I took Digital 101. These are photos from that class. We were using Canon PowerShot G3's, little digital point and shoots that were 4 mega pixels. The memory card that came with it held something like 18 pictures at a time, and I didn't have enough money to buy another expensive CompactFlash card. My entire collection of work from this semester is just over 1 gigabyte. I have individual images that are close to 1 gigabyte on their own now. Times sure have changed.

I didn't enjoy this Digital class as much as being in the darkroom. So I was really happy to get back into the darkroom for Photo 102. I took darkroom classes until they made me take another Digital Class in the Spring of 2008.
